Petition to evacuate the barn
Petition written by the wife of Muhammad Hasan (son of the late Haji ‘Ali Riza Tajir [the merchant]) to the Friday prayer leader of Fars, requesting to write a note to Mi‘mar-bashi [the architect] asking him to evacuate her barn. Upon her husband’s request, she had rented the barn to Mi‘mar-bashi for fifty tumans, which her husband, Muhammad Hasan, had received. As she has now sold the barn to Muhammad Baqir, she expects Mi‘mar-bashi to vacate the property in exchange for fifty tumans.

Petition of Bala Khanum, daughter of Mirza Mahdi, via Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, to the Friday prayer leader of Fars, requesting to call Mirza Riza Quli Khan Niyrizi to the court, due to her sudden divorce despite the 99-year temporary marriage contract a few days earlier, with a monthly payment of eight tumans.

Petition addressed to Nazim al-Sultan on behalf of Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim Kaliskah-chi [carriage driver], who has been sentenced to pay six hundred tumans to his wife, Hajiyah Ruqiyah Sultan; however, the writer is witness to Hajiyah Ruqiyah Sultan’s deposition that she has not given any money to her husband and has settled all her entitlements.
